With the recent addition of Marco Board House to the Anta Electric team, and the subsequent relocation of the SMT line from Clifton Park to Poughkeepsie, our Clifton Park team has begun the process of implementing 5S.
One of the 5 "S's" is Shine, which is all about keeping the workspace clean and presentable. This not only keeps equipment in good working order, but also ensures a safe work environment and boosts morale. After all, nobody likes working in a mess!
As part of the Shine implementation, the management in Clifton Park decided to surprise everyone by painting the giant unfinished wall. Check out the time lapse to see the transformation!
